Wee bit of lifecasting: I (proudly) managed a pair to the show tonight at Terminal 5. Last time I saw them was on the It’s Never Been Like That tour at Webster Hall about two years ago. They were a little stiff, and a little too clean for my tastes. That being said, the new album’s just too good to pass up hearing live. I’m psyched, ‘got my dancin’ shoes on appropriately.
Meanwhile: those “demos” they posted on their “secret” site? [Password: “concorde.”] They’re actually just clips from The Wolfgang Diaries, a limited edition 12” that’s part of a boxed set. It’s 48 demos from the making of the new album. Woah, wow, want so badly.
