Hiring culinary anthropologist John T. Edge as a contributor was the best move the New York Times dining section made in a long time. His article on Salt Lake City-style pastrami burgers is amazing - and hunger inducing. Seriously, just read it.
Writing about the SLC Burger scene and not mentioning B & D (dollar burger Tuesdays, what’s up?) or Hires Big H (where all the Mormon kids actually go) is criminal. Fuck Crown Burger.
