Growing up in Vegas, you learn one thing: the town wasn’t built on winners. Only the stupidist village idiots/locals gamble. And what’s funny about this? A lot do.
Check out the Paycheck Bonanza at Green Valley Ranch, or locals casinos like Arizona Charlie’s or Jerry’s Nugget (in NORTHTOWN, Vegas’s version of the hood).
Think about this for a second: people go to casinos and cash their paychecks. And casinos encourage it amongst the locals, going so far as to provide specials. That’s the Vegas people don’t see.
